Organized by the Concerned Nation Builders Initiative (CNI), EDCAA 2025 showcased excellence across education, youth empowerment, healthcare, community leadership, public service, entrepreneurship, and cultural preservation.
The ceremony drew royal fathers, government officials, community leaders, youth groups, and distinguished personalities who came together to honour outstanding individuals shaping the growth of the region.
Although ERUOBODO could not attend in person, he was represented by Dr. Aderemi Adekunle and Engr. Adedeji Adekoya, who received the award on his behalf.
Members of TEAM BIA also participated, reflecting their loyalty and admiration for his lifelong dedication to community service.
Delivering his keynote remarks, CNI Founder and Director-General, Mr. Idris Tele Olukoya, described EDCAA as a platform that goes beyond awards and trophies.
“EDCAA is a celebration of unity, service, and the collective strength of our people,” Tele said, emphasizing that the awards honor the collective efforts that drive community progress.
In an exclusive interview, Mr. Tele stressed the credibility of the nomination process, noting, “All nominees—whether they won or not—are notable individuals recognized by the community.”
He added, “In every competition, there is always a winner; that is why everyone cannot get the award. But their works are known, their footprints are seen, and their contributions remain invaluable.”
He further explained that previous awardees are not re-nominated to allow other contributors to be recognized, stating,
“There are many people truly contributing to the growth of the community, and they also deserve to be celebrated.”
Guests praised the organizers for sustaining a platform that uplifts achievers and inspires future generations.
Mr. Tele thanked sponsors, partners, volunteers, and CNI members for their unwavering support, affirming that EDCAA will continue to grow stronger and remain a beacon of excellence in Epe Division.
