Etinosa Idemudia Reveals How Playing Witch in Movie Led Her to Seek Therapy
Nollywood actress Etinosa Idemudia has revealed the mental toll that playing a witch in a movie series took on her, leading her to seek therapy to detach from the character’s persona.
In an interview with Punch, the actress shared that acting roles can sometimes leave lasting effects on performers, citing her experience playing a witch in the series Blood of Enogie for three months.
“The role an actor gets is a function of how the casting director perceives them. It’s difficult to explain, but sometimes, after playing certain characters, it rubs off on you,” she said.
