A former national deputy secretary of the All Progressives Peoples Congress (APC) Timi Frank has said he did not gift Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh a luxury wrist watch as claimed by her.
Tonto in an Instagram post said her big brother, Frank gifted her an AP wristwatch and an apartment for her son in Dubai.
In the video that accompanied the post, she said “when you’re big, you’re big, so my elder brother just gave me…wow…thank you.”
But Frank has reportedly been telling close friends that he did not gift Tonto a luxury watch or an apartment.
The politician claimed that the actress took his watch and posted that he had gifted her without asking him first.

Insiders say ”Timi that has been laying low in Dubai has been pulled out by Tonto…He does not have any apartment to himself,talk less of gifting Tonto’s son one..it is not true and he is very upset about the publicity and attention the post brought him..His phone did not stop ringing”.
Meanwhile, there were speculations that the actress who has been in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) for days now was deported on Saturday, November 16 after clashing with a security guard at an event.
But her ally, Bobrisky shared a video on Instagram, where the mother of one denied the genuineness of the report.
Tonto stated that she was never deported and she would be spending some time in UAE before coming back to Nigeria.
“I heard you guys have been looking for me up to the extent that you created fake news that I was deported. Really? Anyways, I’m still here. Gonna be here for a while…and please stop the fake news that I’ve been deported,” the actress said
