Lagos court has jailed ex-banker for defrauding customers
EKO HOT BLOG reports that a Magistrate’s Court sitting at Ebute Metta, Lagos State, has sentenced a 31-year-old former Fidelity Bank worker, Adenike Okuneye, to six months’ imprisonment for fraudulently obtaining N50,000 from customers of the bank

Magistrate A.T. Omoyele convicted and sentenced her after finding her guilty of impersonation and obtaining by false pretences.
Omoyele, who delivered the judgment on August 1, sentenced the convict without an option of a fine.
Okuneye was accused of committing the offences between March and August 2017 in Lagos.
