Ex Jamaican Sprinter, Usain Bolt Tests Positive For COVID-19

Olympic gold medalist and retired Jamaican sprinter, Usain Bolt has reportedly tested positive for Coronavirus days.

He contracted the virulent infection after celebrating his 34th birthday in Jamaica.

According to Nationwide90fm, a radio station in Jamaica,  will now proceed to spend time in self-isolation as a result of the development.

The publication also said that the 34-year-old took a test for the virus a few days ago and discovered on Sunday that he had tested positive for the disease

a birthday party that was attended by a host of big stars including Manchester City star Raheem Sterling and Bayer Leverkusen attacker Leon Bailey and cricketer Chris Gayle.

Meanwhile, the Caribbean island has reported a total of 1,413 cases and 16 deaths from the deadly disease.
