May Anthony was launched in May, 2016 in Lagos, Nigeria. We are a lifestyle brand which produces and retails footwear & leather products. All our products are designed and handmade in Lagos, Nigeria from fine leather.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Accept and process orders
  • Keep detailed sales records
  • Liaise with customers, vendors, contractors and business partners.
  • Manage social media account
  • Assisting customers and advising them on fashion choices
  • Handling returns and exchanges
  • Dealing with customer complaints and suggesting solutions

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ordinary National Diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year experience.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Sales skills and business-focused approach
  • Social Media Savy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to cooperate and work as part of a team
  • Ability to work with minimum or no supervision
  • Confident and outgoing manner
  • Punctuality and professionalism
  • Physical stamina
  • Ability to cope well under pressure
  • Ability to start immediately is essential.

Salary

  • N50,000 – N70,000 monthly.
