Eko Hot Blog reports that the presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), in the February 25 general elections, Atiku Abubakar has called for a press conference vis-a-vis the alleged fake academic reports of President Bola Tinubu.

Atiku, who had earlier requested that the Chicago State University (CSU) to grant him access to the academic reports of Tinubu following the verdict at the tribunal, will be addressing the outcome of the release at a press conference today.
Part of the statement released on the press conference invitation reads, “This is to inform and invite you to the World Press Conference of Our Presidential Candidate, His Excellency Atiku Abubakar, GCON, at the Yar’Adua Centre, Tomorrow, Thursday 5, October 2023, in the afternoon.
“The exact time will be communicated shortly. Please endeavor to attend. Thank You.”
The U.S court had granted Atiku access to Tinubu’s education records from the CSU through a court subpoena, against the disclosure by the President.
However, the records as released by the CSU on October 3 showed that Tinubu’s 1979 certificate, which he submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) was different from samples of the certificates the University issued to students that same year.

The PDP presidential candidate, Atiku, however, has remained incommunicado in relation to the documents released until the press conference scheduled for today.
