“Urgency to prepare and be proactive in strategic communication management is now,” he added.

“Spokespersons have a critical role to play.”

“We must build narrative of resilience and mobilise our people,” Ribadu urged.

“Tell stories, sing praise of service personnel who protect us daily.”

Countering Fake News

“As spokespersons, you have critical role in effective governance communication,” Ribadu said.

“Project our results and reach audiences at home and abroad.”
