Fani-Kayode Blasts Pastor Okotie For ‘Mocking’ Late TB Joshua’s Memory
- Okotie shared a cryptic post many interpreted to be an attack on TB Joshua’s memory.
Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, has slammed popular Lagos-based clergyman and senior pastor of the Household of God Church, Chris Okotie, over the cryptic post he shared few days after a clergyman, Prophet T.B Joshua died, EKO HOT BLOG gathered.
Okotie and Joshua were never friends as the former had always suspected the latter’s ”source of power.” Okotie had even come out in public to question Joshua’s authenticity as a man of God.
Days after Joshua who is the founder of the Synagogue Church of Nation died, Okotie shared a cryptic post many interpreted to be an attack on TB Joshua’s memory.
A part of his post read,
”The wizard at Endor who assumed the title Emmanuel, has been consumed by divine indignation. And now his disciples bewail his ignominious exit.”

Joshua during his practice as a clergyman used the term ”Emmanuel” during church service.
Fani-Kayode who is a friend of the deceased clergyman has come out to publicly attack Okotie. In a post shared on his social media handle this morning, FFK slammed Okotie for speaking ill of the clergyman.
Describing Okotie as a coward, Fani-Kayode said if anyone was a wizard, it must be Okotie and that God will ”punish” him for attacking Joshua.
“It is about loving the unlovable and forgiving those that have hurt and offended you.
It is about kindness, peace, long-suffering, and the ability and desire to bring joy to all those around you.
It is about celebrating and encouraging the success of others that are leaders and members of the Body of Christ and it is about protecting the mother Church from ridicule, shame, contempt, and destruction from those who hate our Lord and who have contempt for our faith.” He concluded.
