Fatoyinbo Didn’t Subscribe To PFN, Body Dissociates Self From Embattled COZA Pastor

In its reaction to the rape allegation against Senior Pastor of Commonwealth Of Zion Assembly (COZA), Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) has said he is not a member of the body.

In a statement issued on Tuesday amd signed by its president, Rev. Felix Omobude, Christian body stated: “Although Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo has, not in the past subscribed to the PFN, we recognize that he is a Pentecostal Pastor,” Omobude said.

However, he said PFN is interested in getting to the root of the allgegation, with rape being strange to the tenets of Christianity.

“We strongly condemn this ignoble and bastardy conduct as alleged against Pastor Fatoyinbo. Our prayers, thoughts and support are with all those who have fallen victim as have been reported.

“PFN strongly believe in the pursuit of truth and will ensure that truth is unveiled in this whole matter and appropriate sanctions served,” the statement reads.
