Popular Nigerian musician, Eedris Abdul Kerim, has explained to Nigerians the long-past experiences he had with the American rapper, 50 Cent, when he came to Nigeria to perform at a show and how he was betrayed by close friends.

Eedris shared this reminiscent of the fallout between the American rapper and him on his Instagram account where he added that Festus Keyamo and Charley Boy betrayed him during the saga.

Eedris explained how this scenario went as he engaged himself with live chatting with the popular music producer, Samklef, on Instagram.

He moved further to say that the motives of the organizers of the show were to bring 50 Cent to ridicule him and some other Nigerian artistes.

Moreover, he added that the fight he fought that day was what brought sovereignty and dignity for Nigerian musicians today.
“How will musicians from another country be given first-class treatment and the home base artistes will be treated as a leftover,” he said.

Eedris reiterated on how he was betrayed by the popular lawyer and human rights activist, Festus Keyamo, and that controversial artiste and human rights activist, Charley Boy.

He said they stood with him when the story started but suddenly left him after the treatment he got from the federal government for singing “Nigeria Jaga-Jaga” which he sang as a result of Keyamo being beaten and locked up by Department of State Service (DSS) in Abuja during the former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s regime.
