FFK Slams Nigerian Youths For Prioritizing BBNaija Show Over National Issues

  • A 25-year-old man in Mali led the coup to reclaim their nation. 30 years old in Nigeria watching BBNaija shouting ”Leycon my man!, FFK slam Nigerian Youths

A Nigerian politician and essayist, Femi Fani-Kayode slammed Nigeria youths for prioritizing the Big Brother Reality Show over other economic, political and national issues, Ekohotblog reports.

Femi Fani-Kayode alias RealFFK took to his official Twitter handle to knock Nigerian youths down.

With reference, FFK described the attitude of Nigeria youths as pitiful as he emphasizes how a 25-year-old in Mali led a coup to reclaim his nation while a 30-year-old in Nigeria is all about Big Brother and the housemates.

FFK wrote, “a 25-year-old man in Mali led the coup to reclaim their nation. 30 years old in Nigeria watching BBNaija shouting ”Leycon my man!”

Ekohotblog also reported that a popular TV host, Frank Edoho had shared the same view with FFK earlier, condemning the interest of the youth in more entertaining activities rather than matters that may affect the country both negatively and positively.

He made this remark in his response to an earlier tweet which suggested that ”Nigerian Youths are antagonists of themselves”.

His reply reads; Nigerian youths are very passionate about Messi vs Ronaldo, Wizkid vs Davido, Laycon vs Kiddwaya, Nigerian Jollof vs Ghana, iPhone vs Samsung, and Dodo vs Boli. But when it’s time to talk about increased taxation, no jobs, devaluation of the naira- deafening silence. Una no ready.
