- In security, a person whose name is on the stop-list will have all constitutional rights and privileges he/she is entitled to withdrawn
The Federal Government has said Yoruba Nation activist, Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho, is now placed on a stop-list and directed security agencies to apprehend him anywhere he is found.
According to the government, Igboho is trying to acquire a new passport in a bid to flee the country.

The Federal Government’s directive against Igboho was contained in a letter by the Nigeria Immigration Service dated July 9, 2021, addressed to the Director General, Department of State Services (DSS); the Inspector General of Police; and the DG, National Intelligence Agency (NIA).
The activist, a key figure of the separatist agitation for the Yoruba Nation, had gone underground after he was declared wanted by the Department of State Services (DSS) on allegations of stockpiling arms to destabilise the country, an allegation he has since denied.
The whereabouts of Igboho has been unknown since he narrowly escaped arrest during the Thursday July 1, 2021 midnight raid by the secret police, ahead of a major rally in support of the call for Yoruba Nation in Lagos.
