FG Speaks On Nnamdi Kanu’s Arrest
- The Minister Of Information, while speaking with newsmen said that forensic investigation carried out so far has revealed a lot of information on the proscribed IPOB leader and his cohorts.
The Federal Government of Nigeria has made it known that the collaborators of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu will face the full wrath of the law.
The Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, disclosed this on Thursday at a press conference in Abuja while speaking on the re-arrest of the IPOB leader.
EkoHotBlog reported on Tuesday that the Federal High Court in Abuja had ordered that Kanu be remanded in a Department of State Service (DSS) facility, pending the determination of his trial.
The Minister Of Information, while speaking with newsmen said that forensic investigation carried out so far has revealed a lot of information on the proscribed IPOB leader and his cohorts.
According to him, “We can tell you that the forensic investigation carried out so far has revealed a treasure trove of information on the proscribed IPOB leader and his collaborators.
“While the investigation continues, we assure you that none of the collaborators, irrespective of their standing in the society, will be spared.

“They will all face the full wrath of the law for their activities that challenge our nation’s sovereignty and threaten its unity.
“No one, no matter how highly placed, is bigger than the country,” he added.
