Addosser Microfinance Bank Limited is an innovative financial institution dedicated to improving the living condition of everyday people through value-added financial products and services. The bank was incorporated in 2008 and is duly licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria as a microfinance bank.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Filing Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • File paperwork in the appropriate area
  • Ensure  accuracy of the filing system
  • Retrieve paperwork when it is requested
  • Input paperwork into an electronic database
  • Update records with new information
  • Perform regular quality checks on the file system
  • Keep logs of paperwork that is taken out
  • Ensure that sensitive information is safeguarded

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Candidates should possess SSCE qualification
  • Great attention to details
  • Patience to file correctly
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to stay organized
  • Knowledge of filing systems
  • Ability to work independently
  • Time management skills
  • Must not be above 22 years old
