Final Year Student Shot Dead By Suspected Cultists

A final year student of the Cross River State University of Technology (CRUTECH) has been shot dead by suspected rival cult group.

The deceased, identified as Felix, was killed on Thursday on campus.

According to eyewitness, his killers shot sporadically into the air to scare people away before Felix was attacked and killed.

The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, DSP Irene Ugbo confirmed the incident and assured that the police will do everything possible to avoid a breakdown of law and order on the campus.
