Finally, INEC Issues Certificate Of Return To Okorocha

Finally, the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC),has on Tuesday, issued former Imo governor, Rochas Okorocha, a certificate of return for winning the February 23 senatorial election in Imo West.

According to the Nation, the presentation came barely hours after the ninth National Assembly was inaugurated.

The electoral board obeyed the directive to issue Mr Rochas his certificate of return by the Federal High court in Abuja, after its management meeting on Tuesday.

However, as at the time the leadership of the Senate was inaugurated, Mr Rochas couldn’t take part without a certificate of return.
