Flood Ravages Communities in Ondo

Flood destroyed properties in two communities in ondo.
-Residents call on the government and NEMA to help.

Flood has destroyed properties worth millions of naira in Ayede Ogbese community in Akure North Local Government Area of Ondo, Alade idanre community in idanre council Area rendering residents homeless.

The residents of the affected communities urged the state and the federal government to come to their rescue with the dredging of the River in the community for free flow.

They also lamented that the means of their livelihood have been eroded, adding that their houses were destroyed by the flood with nowhere to put their families.

Residents of affected communities also call on the National Emergency Management Authority (NEMA) to also help in rendering emergency aid.
