Former NBA Chairman, Olumide Akpata Joins Labour Party
Eko Hot Blog reports that the immediate past Chairman of Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), Olumide Akpata has joined the Labour Party.
Akpata joined the LP, which is also the platform in which former Anambra governor, Peter Obi, ran on in the 2023 presidential elections.
According to Naija News, He formally registered with the party at his ward in Edo state few days after visiting Nigeria’s Ambassador to the Czech Republic, Peter Kevin.
In the photo that surfaced online, the former NBA chairman was seen amongst other party members as he took the oath of membership on Monday, July 31st.
