Job Description: We are seeking a skilled ICT Officer to join our team in Abuja. The successful candidate will:
ICT Skills: Demonstrate strong ICT skills and independently navigate systems.
Interface Management: Act as the liaison between our organization and IT developers.
Website Management: Design, update, and manage all organizational websites.
IT Support: Provide IT support, particularly for web-based systems.
System Installation: Implement new IT processes and systems across client functions.
Capacity Building: Develop and prepare capacity-building materials and presentations.
Market Analysis: Identify market needs for IT solutions to enhance market share.
Strategy Alignment: Align IT strategy with customer experience strategy.
Automation: Facilitate, design, and automate IT systems.
Troubleshooting: Resolve issues on our IT solution platform.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and manage IT systems for optimal performance.
Security: Ensure the security and confidentiality of all IT equipment and software.
Client Support: Address key account needs to maximize IT solution generation.
Data Management: Regularly update hard drives with the latest information.
Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as directed by the management.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Qualification: M.Sc., B.Sc., or HND in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
Programming Knowledge: Proficiency in programming and coding for IT system issue resolution.
Software Proficiency: Must be skilled in Microsoft Office.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the development and implementation of IT system solutions.
Hands-on Experience: Experience in systems automation.
