#FreeOmahLay: Runtown, Rema, Others Demand Release

Nigerian celebrities have shown their displeasure in the detention of Omah Lay, Tems and her manager by the Ugandan law enforcement agencies.

The trio was detained and charged to court with their right to fair hearing denied.

Recall that Omah Lay and Tems were arrested in Uganda and charged to court for performing in a concert in the country despite restriction.

Celebrities like Burna Boy, Mr. Macaroni, Runtown, Tekno, Rema amongst others took to their social media to lend their voices to the alleged injustice by the Ugandan police.
