Funke Adesiyan Present As 9th Assembly Was Inaugurated

Beyond the lure of fame and fortune, Nollywood actress, Funke Adesiyan, has shown herself as a loyal party woman.

The Oyo State-born actress, entrepreneur, and politician was among guests at the inauguration of the 9th National Assembly in Abuja yesterday.

The actress and producer, who kept to the House of Representatives wing, posted a picture from the occasion on Instagram on Tuesday, with the caption: “#9thassembly #apc ???.”

Adesiyan, formerly of the Peoples Democratic Party, contested the primary election of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2019 elections, accusing the party of substituting her name for another after her victory in the Oyo State House of Assembly primary election.
