Frank sees the US decision as a source of hope, emphasizing that those who brazenly undermine democratic processes should face dire consequences.

Frank stated, “It is indeed a wake-up call for all other political actors who have mastered the art of sabotaging and scuttling democratic electioneering processes for personal gains.” He believes that the US has demonstrated its commitment to the Nigerian people and their democratic aspirations.

Furthermore, Frank called on the US government to extend the visa ban to the families and associates of the individuals currently in the US, in order to serve as a deterrent to corrupt politicians. He emphasized the need for the US to investigate and expose all collaborators and conspirators who actively participated in disenfranchising the Nigerian people.

The visa ban imposed by the United States on individuals who undermined Nigeria’s democratic process has garnered significant attention and appreciation from those seeking a fair and transparent electoral system in the country.
