Ronaldo, a five-time Ballon d’Or winner, has been playing with the Saudi Pro League club since December and had a slow start to his career in the Middle East. However, his impressive four-goal performance in the club’s recent victory over Al-Wehda has changed Garcia’s perspective.
Garcia stated that Ronaldo has established a strong connection with his teammates, saying:
“Ronaldo has reached a great stage of homogeneity and harmony with his teammates. Over time, his teammates realized what he wanted and when he will score.”
The manager added that the night was a good one for Ronaldo, who already has 503 league goals to his name, surpassing his previous record.
