Gov. Bello Commiserates With Sultan Of Sokoto Over Brother’s Demise

The Kogi State, Governor Yahaya Bello, has commiserated with the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar, over the death of his elder brother, Alhaji Buhari Abubakar III.

In a condolence message by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary Onogwu Muhammed, Bello prayed for repose of the soul of the late Abubakar.

The statement says the late Buhari ABUBAKAR, until his death, was the district head of Sokoto North.

He noted that late Abubakar was an excellent community leader and a devoted Muslim, who impacted his people positively adding that the deceased would be missed by all for his wisdom and wise counsels.

Governor Bello also condoled with the people and government of Sokoto State over the news of the death of one of her illustrious daughter Hajiya Aishatu Ahmadu Bello

The deceased who passed away at the age of 75 in Dubai after a brief illness was the second daughter of the late Premier of Northern Nigeria and Sardauna of Sokoto, Sir Ahmadu Bello

Açcording to Governor Bello who expressed his deepest condolences and sympathy to His Eminence, Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar, over the passing of his elder brother, Alhaji Buhari Abubakar III, prayed Allah in His infinite mercy to comfort the entire families that have lost their loved ones.

Bello prayed for Almighty Allah to give all those who were left behind the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

The Statement added that May Almighty Allah also grant repose of the soul of Alhaji Abubakar and Hajiya Aishatu Ahmadu Bello and payed Allah to admit them to Aljanna Firdaus.
