The Niger state government have released what can be termed as a bombshell.

According to him, they used the medium to trick the government for money, which they used to get more weapons.

This was revealed by Governor Sani Bello, the Executive Governor of Niger State, who said that they have been posing all the while just to get more money for weapons.

The Governor also revealed that they have stopped all forms dialogue with the Bandits, since they keep returning to their old ways and keep carrying out their deadly attacks.

However, Gov Bello went further to say that, his government will continue to forgive any bandit that comes forward as repentant, but this time they will be providing only a means of livelihood and not cash anymore.

Gov Sani Bello went further to commend the efforts of the local vigilante groups and assured them of plans to compensate them, including those that lost their lives in the fight against banditry.

He also revealed that his Government will be providing them with automatic pump actions and more sophisticated weapons to aid them in their fight, EKO HOT BLOG gathered.
