Gov. Okowas Stress The Need To Pray For Nigeria

The executive Governor of Delta State, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, Has stressed the need to offer continuous prayers to God for Nigeria.
Okowa noted that turning to God in prayers would definitely make Nigeria’s situation better.
The Governor revealed this when Evangelist Rabbi Schneider paid him a courtesy visit at the State House in Asaba the state capital.
Okowa enjoined spiritual leaders to continue to pray for the progress of the country.
He said “Prayers of our religious leaders will uplift the country and impact positively on the life of our people in the state.
“When Christian leaders pay us visit, we believe that the prayers will uplift the state and the nation because, the more we pray as a nation, the more we connect with God and find solutions to the challenges facing us”.
Okowa added “crusades will win more souls for Christ and prayers will be offered for our country and the state.”
The Evangelist in his remarks noted that he and his team were in the state to attend the Ika Wonderland Crusade while promising to pray for the state.
