The governor was called upon to give a speech and in a bid to further spice up his assignment, he decided to do the dance to the delight of the audience who could be heard shouting in excitement.

Focus dance was popularized by Nigerian record producer, Ajimovoix after making a focus dance beat. The dance requires you to point your fingers in the air while nodding your head forward in sync with it and intermittently facing different directions.

It joins the likes of Shoki, Galala, Sekem, Shaku Shaku, Gbese as dance steps that have broken out of the Nigerian entertainment industry.
