EKO HOT BLOG reports that Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, was on Friday appointed to take the first bible reading at the burial ceremony of late Temitope Balogun Joshua popularly known as TB Joshua.
The burial ceremony of the late pastor is holding at Synagogue Church of All Nation (SCOAN) in the Ikotun-Egbe area of Lagos State.
EKO HOT BLOG recalls that Governor Akeredolu had earlier described the death of TB Joshua as a great loss.
Governor Akeredolu described the death of the renowned cleric as a great loss not only to Africa but the world at large.
The governor described the Ondo-born pastor as a blessing to humanity as well as a great ambassador of Ondo State.
Governor Akeredolu, who hails from the same senatorial district with the late evangelist, had stated that the exit of the cleric will be sorely missed by many, noting that “the pains are not mere emotional flashes; they are indeed piercing”.

Pastor TB Joshua had died on June 5 after conducting a service in his church at the age of 57.
He was the leader and founder of The Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), a Christian megachurch that runs the Emmanuel TV Station in Lagos State.
TB Joshua was born on June 12, 1963, in Arigidi Akoko, Ondo State.
