Explaining the purpose behind the donation, Mr. Olorunsola highlighted the club’s commitment to its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
“Great Summit Club is deeply committed to the welfare and well-being of the less privileged in our society.
“Philanthropy is a core part of our CSR efforts. One of our members, Mr. Olatunde Thani, is particularly passionate about the healthcare and well-being of the elderly in this state, which prompted us to support this noble project.
“This is not our first initiative; we have also supported the Paralympic Athletes of Nigeria and Heritage Home in Anthony, Lagos. We intend to continue our efforts,” he stated.
The club’s General Secretary, Mr. Sunnie Ojeriakhi, praised TOOPCC for its commendable work and emphasized the importance of supporting such initiatives to alleviate the financial burden on the center’s management.
“Everyone who can should support the incredible work being done here. Today’s older people were yesterday’s youth, and it’s crucial that the younger generation takes care of them,” he remarked.

He called for continued support to sustain these efforts.
“We greatly appreciate the Great Summit Club for their wonderful contribution.
“Your kind donation benefits many, as people come from places as far as Badagry, Ogun State, and across Lagos State to receive care here.
“May God bless you and your members,” said the Vice-Chairman of the Elders’ Council of the Centre, Alhaji Ayinde Agara.
As part of the center’s tradition to honor an outstanding elder each month, Alhaji Balogun Musiliu Aremu was presented with a cash prize and his portrait for being named the Outstanding Elder of the Month.
