At least 10 people, including two children, were killed in a shooting in southern Montenegro on Wednesday, police reported.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the tragedy unfolded in the Cetinje area, where some victims were shot inside a restaurant following an argument among guests, according to a police official cited by public broadcaster RTCG.

Authorities confirmed that the gunman, identified as 45-year-old Aleksandar Martinović, later took his own life after being surrounded by police who urged him to surrender.
Among the victims were members of the gunman’s family, two children of the restaurant owner, and the owner himself, Interior Minister Danilo Saranovic revealed. He described the attack as a “consequence of disturbed interpersonal relations,” as reported by AFP.
Four individuals remain hospitalized in critical condition after sustaining serious injuries.
Montenegro’s Prime Minister Milojko Spajic called the shooting a “terrible tragedy” and declared three days of national mourning starting Thursday.
