An unidentified Hausa man has allegedly defiled an eight-year-old inside a building under construction.
The incident occurred on Saturday, August 22, 2020, in Ulo, Ibusa Road, Asaba, Delta State.
According to an eyewitness, this is not the first time the Hausa man who happened to be a security guard, would be taking advantage of the little girl.
The eyewitness alleged that the penetration was smooth and he wondered why the young girl didn’t cry or feel any pain.
The onlooker said he jumped the fence to gain access silently by avoiding use of the main gate to enable him know what the girl of 8 years and the man are always into.
He now caught the man allegedly defiling the girl as seen in the photos that has already gone viral on social media.
Her parents who are pastors declared that they will not press charges against the alleged rapist to avoid stigmatization.
However, angry residents who said it is a rape case and a crime against the government lodged a complaint at the Area B division of the Delta State Police Command.
They urged the policemen not to sweep the matter under the carpet and to ensure that the culprit is charged to court.
