Vacancy!!! Head of Liability Generation at FairMoney

FairMoney is building the leading mobile bank for emerging markets. We started with a digital microcredit application on Android, and currently roll out additional financial services (current account, savings, debit card) while expanding the product to Western Africa and South-East Asia.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Liability Generation

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • Your mission will be to build out FairMoney’s liability generation department and be overall responsible for the liability generation target of the firm.

Your responsibilities include:

  • The creation of a liability generation department, management of the team.
  • Source appropriately priced and structured deposit liabilities for the company from retail and institutional sources.
  • Cultivate new clientele on a regular basis.
  • Cultivate and maintain courteous and efficient relationship with clients.
  • Participate in creating new and better marketing based on field experience.

Preferred Experience

  • Education Level: Master’s Degree
  • You have at least 7 Years in the Nigerian financial sector in the liability generation field for an Asset Manager, a Bank or a Microfinance Bank,
  • You have at least 3 years in a managing sales role, managing a few people in a team towards a common liability raising goal,
  • You have strong command of excel and PPT.
