Hon. Oniga Kazeem, Deputy Leader of the Epe Legislative Arm, has congratulated Princess Surah Olayemi Animashaun on her emergence as the All Progressives Congress (APC) flag bearer for the upcoming 2025 local government elections scheduled for July 12.

Despite facing harsh waves of cyberbullying from some youth, widespread rumors about her academic qualifications, and unpredictable behavior from a few party leaders, she remained composed and resolute.

“Princess Surah’s emergence is not just a win for her; it is a win for every progressive mind who believes in justice, equity, and the strength of character,” Hon. Oniga stated.

“Her courage in the face of baseless attacks and political distractions is inspiring. She has proven that when one stands on the side of truth, nothing can stop destiny.”

Hon. Oniga also applauded party stalwarts such as Alhaji Akanni Seriki Bamu and Rt. Hon. Adeyemi Ikuforiji for standing firmly behind Princess Surah throughout the process.

He gave special recognition to Hon. Abiodun Tobun, whom he described as a strong pillar in ensuring the success of the primary election.
