Hon Raji Flags Off Science Laboratory and a Health Center In Eredo LCDA On New Year Day

The member representing Epe Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Hon Wale Raji, celebrated the New Year On Friday by flagging off more projects that have direct bearings on the lives of the people of Eredo LCDA.

Raji, while flagging off the projects in the two communities of Igbooye and Iraiye promised to deliver more impactful projects in different parts of Epe Federal Constituency in the year 2022.

This online media platform witnessed the Hon Raji accompanied by community stakeholders to kick off the construction of a Science Laboratory and a Primary Health Care Centre in the LCDA on New Year day.

Speaking at the project briefing in Iraye, Hon. Wale Raji acknowledged the people for turning out to receive him despite the festivities.

He disclosed that he had planned for the project to commence earlier but it was delayed due to logistics, adding that immediately the coast got clear, he insisted on immediate action.

“Iraye, being one of the fastest developing communities under Epe Federal Constituency requires much government attention to complement the fast development pace currently ongoing”

He thanked the party leaders, especially Hon. Wasiu Odeyemi (WASTAB), for his support and constant follow-up on pressing projects in Epe, particularly Eredo.

“I promise to establish more impactful projects which will be delivered to different parts of Epe Federal Constituency in the year 2022,” he assured.

“A good legislator shouldn’t only be active on the floor of the house but must also deploy his network, influence and resources to attract projects to his constituency,” he averred.

He, thereafter, introduced the contractor to the community leader of Iraye, Chief Moshood Anwoju and other leaders present. He urged him to effectively collaborate with the community leaders throughout the two months duration of the projects.

The legislator also hinted at the gathering of the construction of a science laboratory at Igbooye Community High School.

This, he said, will be simultaneously constructed since all logistic supports have been prepared to kick off both projects.

Reacting to this, the Executive Chairman of Eredo Local Council Development, Hon Monsuru Akinloye expressed his appreciations to Hon. Wale Raji for the quality representation exhibited.

He, therefore, urged him to ensure more developmental projects such as roads, rural electrification and other impactful projects are domiciled in Eredo LCDA in the new year.

Speaking on behalf of the Iraiye community, Chief Moshood Anwo (Baale Elect) admired Hon Wale Raji for the remarkable gesture both in the past and present.

He pledged an unflinching working relationship with the contractor on behalf of the community.

Notable dignitaries who graced the flag off include the APC Chairman in Eredo LCDA, Hon Mahmoud Agbaraojo; Mrs Dolapo Oladunjoye; Hon Bola Iberu; Hon Moruf Ahmed; Engr. Tope Odeyemi and Otunba Wale Olusesi (SLA, Special Projects).

Others are Mr Osifeko Mark Olaniyi (SLA, Research and Youth Affairs), the Olorituns, youths and party faithful.

The community stakeholders alongside the Hon Raji toured various sites of the proposed projects and thereafter visited the Adedoyin community in Poka and Kula-Nla in Odomola where areas of possible intervention were identified.
