Cars of #EndSARS protesters were attacked by Hoodlums at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) head office in Abuja, after they attacked their peaceful protest against police brutality.
According to reports, the young protesters were spotted lifting up different placards and they also obstructed movements in the two entrances of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) head office in Abuja, had promised to prevent activities at the nation’s apex bank on Monday October 19.
Their vehicles were parked in front of the main gate of the CBN headquarters, blocking movement in and out of the premises and from connecting roads.
The attack happened late in the night, it was reported that the protesters who were at the CBN headquarters were ambushed by hoodlums.
An eyewitness who was also a victim of the attack, alleged that the hoodlums drove to the protest ground in “Prado SUVs.”
The cars of the protesters were set ablazed by the hoodlums who attacked them.
