EKOHOTBLOG reports that hoodlums suspected to be members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) have allegedly killed a Dangote trailer driver, Saidu Alhassan, and two of his assistants in Imo State.
It was gathered that the driver and two of his assistants, Halliru Mallam and Danjuma Isari, were killed in the Orsu Local Government Area of Imo State.
Sources disclosed on Friday that the victims suffered the attack while they were travelling back to their base at Obajana in Kogi State, after off-loading cement at Dangote Cement Depot in Orlu on Wednesday.

The sources further stated that the assailants first ordered the drivers to come down from the vehicle, and shot them dead before setting their bodies ablaze.
It was learnt that the remains of the victims were found on Thursday near the trailer, and later evacuated to Obajana.
This online news platform understands that since the renewed wave of restiveness in the South-East region of the country, security agents, Northerners, and violators of the sit-at-home order by the IPOB members have been facing violent attacks.
