How APC LG Chairman Died 48 Hours After Election In Kano
- He died of complications resulting from high blood pressure
- Late Namadi drove himself to the hospital at the local government area
Residents of Kano state, were on Tuesday left in shock following the demise of Chairman-elect, Alhaji Namadi in Beji Local Government Area of the state.
This comes barely 48 hours after results of the Kano State local government elections which were held on Saturday, January 16, were announced where he was declared winner.
In a statement signed by the APC Publicity committee chairman of the election in Bebeji local government, the newly-elected chairman in the early morning of Tuesday died of complications resulting from high blood pressure.
The statement further disclosed that late Namadi drove himself to the hospital at the local government area, but died a few minutes later and the doctor also conformed he died of complications resulting from high blood pressure.
The All Progressive Chieftain will be buried later on Tuesday according to Islamic rites at his residence.

Ekohotblog recall that late Namadi was elected local government chairman of Bebeji in the local government election held across the state last Saturday.
