Twitter Attacks Sowore As He Plans Mass Deployment Of #Buharimustgo Posters
Publisher of Sahara Reporters and former presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore is under fire again, this time, for promoting a #Buharimustgo campaign on microblogging site, Twitter.
Sowore is known for his open criticism of the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration.
A few weeks ago he urged Nigerians to stage “EndSARS 2” to protest the reopening of the Lekki Tollgate.
However, on Wednesday, the activist wrote on twitter:
We need volunteers to mass produce and paste #Buharimustgo posters nationwide. We will send you what to print and paste* send DM is you can. Don’t be afraid, they can’t kill every body. We can’t continue like this! #occupyNigeria #RevolutionNow

His tweet has been met with reprimands from other twitter users who opined that his methods are unconstitutional.

Sowore and four others are currently standing trial for alleged unlawful assembly, attempting to incite others, among other charges for his involvement in the #CrossOverWithProtest procession in Abuja on New Year’s eve.
