A woman who identified herself as Mrs Elizabeth Adigun has accused her husband, Mr Mufutau Adigun of desecrating her matrimonial home and high-level infidelity that may expose her to disease in the future.
Elizabeth who approached the court on 14th March 2020 begged the judge to dissolve her five years wedding as she cried profusely.
She said, “I never thought that my marriage is going to end on that day. I blame myself for going to serve him food and wouldn’t have experienced such a horrible event.”

She told the court that maybe her husband betrayed her because of her inability to bear a child for him, saying that after having a miscarriage, she had been unable to conceive for him.
Elizabeth lawyer, Barr. Mope for Lagos state ministry of justice prayed the court to dissolve the marriage as her client wish.
The judge, Justice Famuyiwa Ajala in her judgement ordered Mr Mufutau Adigun to pay the sum of two million naira to Mrs Elizabeth Adigun for damages if he did not want to risk six months in prison.
