I Don’t Agree With What Messi Said -Dani Alves

Like his coach, Dani Alves, a long-term Lionel Messi collaborator at club level has taken an exception to what the Argentina captain said about Brazil being favoured throughout the Copa America hosted by the South American giants.

Alves, voted the player of the tournament, was full of praise for the Selecao coach, Tite staff as he congratulated the generality of Brazilians.

Turning to comments made by his former club mate who refused to come out for his third-place medal on Saturday as he CONMEBOL of corruption, Alves told reporters: “I don’t agree with what Messi said, we have worked hard to be champions.

“We sweat a lot. I can understand that Messi is upset, but I don’t agree that it was set up because we sweat a lot to get this.”
