I Regret Fighting With Olamide At The Headies 2015, Says Don Jazzy
Don jazzy had a feud with his fellow celebrity Olamide at the headies, back in 2015, where he gave an abusive speech after receiving an award
Nigerian music producer, Don Jazzy, has faulted Headies Awards’ organisers for the rancor that occurred between him and Rapper Olamide at the award show in 2015.
Both Olamide and Don Jazzy said some spiteful words to themselves; Olamide threatened to beat up Don Jazzy, while the latter asked the former to come collect the car prize that was attached to the Next Rated award win.
Don Jazzy added that he meant no harm with his comments in a recent interview with TV Host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.
Don Jazzy finally explained his statement. He noted that he uttered all he said on stage jokingly, with no malicious intention. He stressed that they took him out of context.
The respected producer also said if they did not call him immediately after Olamide’s outburst on stage, he would have collected the award and left, but the atmosphere was still hot. He had to react, hoping to suppress the pressure.
EKO HOT BLOG could recall that Olamide and Don Jazzy quarreled after Reekado Banks, who was signed to Don Jazzy’s Mavin Records, won the Next Rated award ahead of Lil Kesh, who was signed to Olamide’s YBNL Nation.
