I Separated From My Husband On Grounds Of Statutory Rape {Family Circle Episode 2}

Last week on our first episode of Family Circle, Eko Hot Blog presented an emotional plea by Mr Famutimi, who called out his estranged wife whom he claims had taken absolute control of EAGLES TOWERS SCHOOLS, a school he singlehandedly built with his own resources, narrating how she made numerous attempts to sell the school without his consent.

In this rejoinder, Mrs Joy Famutimi details the familial gaffes by her ex-husband that led to the nullification of the marriage and how his sexual proclivities affected the school in question negatively, prompting her to put the school up for sale.

SHE WROTE:

I separated from my husband on the grounds of his consistent statutory rape of two House help (minors) of Benin republic Descent.

The neighbours and tenants were very much aware as this girls often confides in them.
On two occasions he impregnated the Toyin made and gave her a concoction of Alum and lime to drink, the girl bleed profusely, her relatives were called in to pick her, when she got to there location, she made a startling confession that it was my ex husband who got her pregnant and gave her the concoction to terminate the pregnancy, and that was the second time it had happened.

When confronted with these allegations, he pleaded and cried for days unending, blaming it on the Devil while promising to change.

As soon as the second maid Tolu resumed, this shameful act continued, after raping her consistently on a particular occasion, the girl couldn’t take it no more, she took a cutlass and chased him round the compound until a neighbor Mrs Ojanomare also a parent called me that there was a life and death situation at home and I rushed in from the school with my brother it’s about a 3mins drive.

The maid explained the consistent rape and I couldn’t take it no more, right there I moved out of the house with my kids alongside the abused maid and subsequently rented an apartment in Millennium estate NYSC Rd until I started a finished a duplex in Arigbanla same location.

There has been series of family meetings which often boils down to addressing his gross misconduct, sexual escapades, statutory rape of maids and wayward life styles,I don’t know which particular one he is referring to, let him provide the records as claimed.

On issues concerning ownership tussle and documents of Eagles tower schools, it’s strictly a legal affair reserved for litigation when the time comes.
I control, the school account solely, I have been managing the affairs of the institution from inception to date, he was never a part nor parcel of the aforementioned but like I said issues regarding this is for litigation.

Owing property investments is a matter of choice. He gets paid monthly, and there’s a termly percentage of the profit that accrues to him termly, in addition to collecting the school’s auditorium annual rent paid by the Redeemed christian church.

I choice to invest my percentage wisely while it is his choice to lavish his extravagantly on rents of apartment and upkeep of his numerous mistresses and girl friends many of whom he ends up acting as chairman of there wedding occasions and continuation of such illicit affairs with them and spending more for them what he feels there current husband can’t afford names of such ladies there husband will be provided on request for ur further investigation.

I built a tastefully furnished duplex for him in his country home in Ondo state, I raised his kids from his first failed marriage, I paid exorbitant tuition for his three kids in some of Nigerian’s leading private universities of Babcock and Redeemer, they have since graduated and keeps high profile jobs.
The last boy finished high school in 2016, that was in the heat of the marital crises, he roams around because his Dad is not responsible enough to send him to school and give him a path in life.

Since the inception of the school, there has been reports if allegations and confessions of scandals where he turned his private house in Sango Ota into a brothel, he has taken a handful of teachers, cleaners, a teenage bus assistant and numerous resource females employed to teach the students choreography to the said house, he sleeps with them, refuses to meet up with there financial demands and sometimes resulting in show downs and unprecedented scandals.

Right now he is committing incest and statutory rape of a minor Ayomide who currently resides with him, the girl is question is his niece, she was admitted into JS2 in 2016, as soon as she moved in this pervert kicked off his criminal act , the girl has since finished high school but this incest is happening till date
