Eko Hot Blog reports that the Lagos State University (LASU) has reopened the Indigeneship Verification Portal to enable candidates of Lagos State origin who were unable to meet up with the old deadline.
The old deadline was Thursday, 17th August, 2023.
In a statement on Saturday, the university said the reopening of the portal was approved by Vice Chancellor, Professor Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello.
The affected students are expected make payment and register for the Indigeneship Verification Exercise for the 2023/2024 Admission Exercise.
“The portal will be active for two(2) weeks only effective from Friday, 25th August to Friday, 8 Sept. 2023,” the statement reads.
“Candidates that missed the first verification exercise are therefore advised to take advantage of the two (2) weeks extension to make payment and register for same before the closure of the portal.”
