EKO HOT BLOG reports that Super Eagles and Leicester city striker, Kelechi Iheanacho scored Nigeria’s only goal that set up the Super Eagles for a well deserved victory over the Pharaohs of Egypt. The goal was scored in the 30 minutes.
In the game that had the Super Eagles dominating midfield play for a large period, Kelechi Iheanacho put behind his recent infamous fight with a fellow Super Eagles player, to lead the Eagles attack efficiently until he was subbed for Kelechi Nwakali in the second half.

The only negative from the victory over Egypt is the injury picked up by defender, Kenneth Omeruo, who was stretched out late in the second half.
With this victory, the Super Eagles have set up themselves for qualification into the next round. All they need do is win their next two group games.
