Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA Chairman Celebrates APC Councillorship Candidates Ahead of July 12 Elections

As preparations intensify for the July 12th Local Government and Local Council Development Area (LG/LCDA) elections across Lagos State, the Executive Chairman of Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA, Hon. Akogun Wale Raji Anomo, has formally congratulated the newly confirmed All Progressives Congress (APC) councillorship candidates in the council area.

Ekohotblog reports that the announcement, which has been met with enthusiasm from party members and community leaders, featured the confirmation of six flagbearers who will represent the APC in their respective wards:

  1. Disu Opeyemi Ajenise – Ward E1
  2. Hassan Mustapha Owolabi – Ward E2
  3. Ganiyu Selim Oluwaseun – Ward F1
  4. Adesanya Shakirat – Ward G1
  5. Oluwo Martins Oriyomi – Ward Q1
  6. Ajayi Olumide Peter – Ward R1

Speaking during the unveiling, Hon. Anomo praised the candidates’ dedication and alignment with the developmental goals of the LCDA.

“This is a defining moment for our political family. Your emergence as flagbearers is a strong reflection of the confidence our people have in your ability to lead at the grassroots level,” he stated. “This is not just about contesting an election; it’s about sustaining the growth, peace, and prosperity of our communities.”

He urged the candidates to stay committed to service and grassroots engagement, emphasizing the significance of teamwork as they prepare for the polls.
