Eko Hot Blog reports that Ikosi-Ejinrin Local Council Development Area (LCDA) has congratulated Dr. Hakeem Babatunde Shittu on his appointment as the new Chairman of the Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board (LASUBEB).
In a congratulatory message signed by the LCDA’s Executive Chairman, Akogun Wale Raji Anomo, the council expressed its pride in Dr. Shittu’s appointment, describing him as a “visionary leader” and “unwavering commitment to excellence.”
The council noted that Dr. Shittu’s tenure as the Permanent Member in charge of Planning, Research, and Statistics at LASUBEB had been marked by consistent, pragmatic, and diligent contributions that had not only optimized and upgraded the Lagos State Universal Basic Education but had also left an indelible impact that resonated throughout the education sector in Lagos State.
“Dr. Shittu’s dedication to improving the educational landscape makes him a true exemplar, perfectly suited for the exalted position of Chairman of the Board,” the council said.
The council wished Dr. Shittu all the best in his new role and prayed for his continued success.
“On behalf of the Executive and Legislative Arms, Management, Staff, and the esteemed People of Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA, we extend our warmest felicitations,” the council said.
“As Dr. Shittu embarks on this new and significant role, we invoke the blessings of Almighty Allah upon him, seeking His continuous guidance, favor, and mercy to accompany every stride he takes in this honorable journey.”
