Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA: Excitement as Lagbeja-Agric Road Near Completion
Ekohotblog reports that the construction of the Lagbeja-Agric Road in Itoikin, Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA, is almost finished.
The road project, led by the Executive Chairman, Otunba-Akogun Wale Raji Anomo, is now in its final stage, which involves laying interlocking blocks.
“We are happy to let everyone know that this road will soon be ready,” said Otunba-Akogun Wale Raji Anomo.
“This is a big step for the development of our community and will make life easier for all residents.”
The work has reach completion on drainage systems on both sides of the road, preparing a solid base with crushed stones, and installing streetlights for safety and convenience.
“This road is special because it will be the first fully tarred street in the Itoikin Community and the first-ever road built by a Local Government or LCDA in Ward R1,” Hon. Anomo added.
Residents are excited about the development.
Mrs. Bola , a trader in the area, said, “This road will change our lives.
Moving around will be easier, and it will help our businesses grow.”
The Chairman promised that the road will be ready for use in the next few weeks,
“In few weeks time this project will be completed for the use of everyone.
Our Administration is dedicated to making live easy for our people and we will continue to do our best” The chairman said.
