EKO HOT BLOG reports that Nollywood actress, Nancy Isime, has opened up about her experience with filming kissing and sex scenes in movies. The popular actress disclosed during an interview with media personality, Dadaboy on Monday that she does not enjoy such scenes because they are merely part of the script.
While confirming that she has acted in kissing and sex scenes in movies, Isime explained that it is not something she enjoys doing. She attributed this to the presence of several people on set while filming such scenes, which makes it hard to be comfortable.

The actress noted that with over 5,000 people around while filming, there is nothing to enjoy. According to her, “It’s a scene, I never enjoy doing anything.” Isime also mentioned that she prefers working with experienced actors in such scenes, as they understand the professionalism required in bringing the scene to life.
Explaining the dynamics of filming a sex scene, the actress said, “Sex scene of course because everybody is all dressed up but there is movement. So there are literally people who understand the job and are focused and are literally just running through a script.”
Isime’s comments on kissing and sex scenes come at a time when many actors and actresses in the Nigerian movie industry are being criticized for the overuse of such scenes in movies. Some have argued that such scenes are unnecessary and could be done away with, while others believe they add to the authenticity of the story being told.
