1 DJ Babus

One of the most popular Disc Jockeys in Lagos State DJ Babus is dead. He died yesterday Friday of Covid-19. He had battled with the virus for some time now.

DJ Babus, born Babatunde Bello was a Lagos based DJ. He graduated from the University of Baltimore United States with a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems and Technology Management in 2010.

He was the in-house DJ at Sheraton hotel between 2014 and 2015. He later switched to RSVP lounge before he started his own company known as Vinyl and Crates Entertainment.

 

2 Emilia Asim-Ita

Emilia Asim-Ita the co-founder of The Future awards is dead. She died yesterday Friday after a brief illness. She co-founded the Future awards with Chude Jideonwo and Adebola Williams. The awards started in 2006.

After her stint with Chude and Adebola she started her own company AML media.

3 Asher Victoria

The Nigeria Union of Journalist NUJ Benue State chapter have lost it’s Chairman today at about 8 am. The Chairman Asher Victoria died at the Federal Medical Center FMC in Markurdi. She died from complications after a Caesarian Section operation.

She died after giving birth to Twins.
